Let's draft together the pattern of this 60s empire dress.
Start from a basic block with darts.

Draw the neckline on front and back, then on front widen the shoulder dart by 1cm at the neckline.
Draw the underbust line straight on the back and slanted upwards to the center on the front.
Draw the pocket bag few cm below the waist line (pocket opening 13-15cm).
Flare the skirt by 2-4cm at the hem.
Trace the separate pieces: back bodice and back skirt (both without darts), front bodice with dart manipulation all at the underbust, front skirt without darts, pocket bag.
