Let's see how to draft the pattern of this asymmetric shirt.

Any shirt fabric will work, but you'll get the best out of this pattern if using a striped fabric that highlights the different grainlines.

Step 1

Start from a basic block.

Draw the back yoke and the slash lines as you see in red.

Draw the front button stand and slash lines.

Step 2

Cut both pieces through the lines and open them with the new volume.

The drape you see on front is actually given from the extra length.
