Step 1
Start from a basic block with darts and minimum 8cm ease at bust circumference.
Draw the slanted line from center front at bust height to the shoulder midpoint.
Let's draft the pattern for a blouse with a front twist. The volume is obtained with an interesting dart manipulation.
The sleeve is also quite interesting having a big cuff and side opening.
You can sew it in any lightweight fabric, but you can use silk satin if you like the shiny and more formal effect, or shirting cotton for something easier to use.
Start from a basic block with darts and minimum 8cm ease at bust circumference.
Draw the slanted line from center front at bust height to the shoulder midpoint.
Cut through the line to separate front with the additional volume.
Draw the slash line from bust point to the shoulder on opposite side.
Cut through the slash line, close shoulder dart.
Once dart volume is manipulated, draw an additional slash line from neckline to armpit.
From center, measure 4cm towards back and draw the slash line.
Cut through it.
