Extend the skirt to ground length, then flare 8 to 16cm from side.
Draw the vertical slash line from dart apex downwards and cut through the line.

Close waist dart opening a matching volume at hemline, then redraw the piece.
Mirror the piece to have the full front/back.
Measure the waistline and divide it by 3, then measure the hemline and divide it the same way.
Connect with straight lines the points you just found and draw the panels.
