Erase the back dart and discard it from the center back and side seam. onto the front, cut through the waist dart and transfer the volume of the shoulder one.

On the new front, draw the yoke line slightly curved and the line for the sheer part in the center.
Trace the separate pieces: back bodice, upper part of the front, center front (tulle) and side front, onto which you redraw the bottom part and mark on it the gathering.
Draw a half circle skirt (center front will be on fold, center back will have a zipper).
Use a pleated fabric for the skirt if you want the same effect!
