Trace a copy of your contoured bodice and draw the underwire line as explained in this corset tutorial.
Draw the new back neckline, then redraw the armhole lowering by 1cm at armpit.
Widen shoulder dart by 1cm.
Long dress with full skirt
To draft the pattern for this dress, start from a contoured block (basic block with darts and zero wearing ease) and a basic sleeve.
You can achieve the full skirt style using a stiff fabric as taffeta, shantung or heavy satin.

Step 2
Draw the cup pieces as per the tutorial here but using just a vertical cut all the way through the cup.
Trace cup and bodice separately.
Cut through all slash lines to separate all pieces.

These are all separate pieces.
