Trace a copy of your back, then redraw neckline and shoulder line 2cm above the original ones.

To draft the pattern, start from a basic block with darts and classic ease (8 to 10cm at bust, that will be later increased) and matching sleeve.
Trace a copy of your back, then redraw neckline and shoulder line 2cm above the original ones.
Extend shoulder line by 8cm, then drop new shoulder point by 2cm and draw the curved line to previous shoulder point (so you create a drop shoulder line).
Drop armpit point by 6 to 8cm and widen by 4 to 6cm, then draw the new armhole (it will be much flatter and stretched than the original one) and measure it.
Erase waist dart, and draw side seam from new armpit point to hipline, all the way parallel to center back.
