
Step 1
Start from a basic block with darts.
On both back and front:
- draw the new neckline by widening it at the shoulders,
- draw the raglan lines from the neckline to the armhole,
- draw the upper line of the waistband – straight on back, slanted upward on front,
- mark the waistline,
- draw two new slanted hemlines, one shorter and one longer.
